The Commons disagree with this Amendment for the following Reason: Because they consider that a tenant ought not to be excluded from the benefits of the clause by reason of the fact that the judgment or order has been executed on or after the fifteenth day of April, nineteen hundred and twenty-four.

It is not necessary for me to go again into the reasons why we object to this Amendment, and I move that we do not insist upon it.
