Charge tinder the Church of Scotland (Property and Endowments) Act, 1924.

Redemption money (insert amount) of stipend exigible from the Teinds of All and Whole (describe or refer to a description of the subjects) in the parish of and the county of belonging to the said

The said (insert name of heritor) in pursuance of and as authorised by [or where authority to charge the lands is granted by the sheriff, sheriff clerk of as authorised by sheriff of under and in pursuance of the Church of Scotland (Property and Endowments) Act 1924], hereby charges the fee of the said subjects with the payment to the Church of Scotland General Trustees of the yearly sum of payable half yearly, on the fifteenth day of May and the eleventh day of November in each year for the term of years, being as to the half yearly sum of a payment in respect of the said stipend, and as to the balance of a sinking fund instalment in respect of the redemption money of, the first half-yearly payment to be made on the day of
