THE LORD CHANCELLOR (VISCOUNT CAVE)

My Lords, I beg to introduce a Bill to amend the Law of Property Act, 1922, and the enactments thereby affected; and to facilitate the consolidation of the law relating to conveyancing and property, settled land, trustees, the registration of pending actions, annuities, writs, orders, deeds of arrangement and land charges, administration of estates, the registration of title to land and University and college estates; and to move that it be read a first time.
