HL Deb 05 August 1924 vol 59 c436
LORD MUIR MACKENZIE:

My Lords, I beg to move that the Motions standing on the Paper in my name for Thursday next be advanced to to-morrow. They relate to Special Orders under the Gas Regulation Act, 1920. It becomes necessary to do this because I put down some of the usual Orders for next Thursday at a time when it was almost certain this House would be sitting. It is not certain now that your Lordships will be sitting next Thursday, and it is better to take these Orders to-morrow.

Moved accordingly, and, on Question, Motion agreed to.

House adjourned at twenty minutes past seven o'clock.
