LORD MUIR MACKENZIE:

My Lords, I beg to move the Motions of which I have given Notice in respect of draft Special Orders under the Gas Regulation Act, 1920. They are in the usual form and have gone through the usual formalities.

Moved, That the draft Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Mayor, aldermen and burgesses of the Borough of Middlesbrough, which was presented on the 22nd July and published, be approved.—(Lord Muir Mackenzie.)
