HL Deb 16 May 1923 vol 54 c188
EARL BEAUCHAMP

My Lords, I venture to ask the noble Marquess the Leader of the House whether he can give us any information as to the course of future business.

THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS (THE MARQUESS CURZON OF KEDLESTON)

My Lords, in reply to the noble Earl, I would say that it is proposed to meet to-morrow at 12 o'clock because the Royal Commission is fixed for half-past twelve, and we shall then, subject to any alteration that may be found necessary but which I think is extremely unlikely, ask your Lordships to adjourn till the Tuesday week following, the day on which, I think, it has always been contemplated that we should meet again.
