§ Moved, That the Draft Special Order (entitled the East Kent Gas Order, 1923), proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of Drew-Bear Perks and Company, Limited, which was presented on 15th March, 1923, and published, be approved.—(The Earl of Clarendon.)
