THE EARL OF CLARENDON

My Lords, I beg to move that approval be given to the Draft Special Orders under the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, which are the subjects of Notices on the Paper. These Orders also are formal. They emanate from the Board of Trade.

Moved, That the Draft Special Order (entitled the East Kent Gas Order, 1923), proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of Drew-Bear Perks and Company, Limited, which was presented on 15th March, 1923, and published, be approved.—(The Earl of Clarendon.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.

Moved, That the Draft Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Weston-super-Mare Gaslight Company, which was presented on the 8th March, 1923, and published, be approved.—(The Earl of Clarendon.)
