My Lords, I beg to move the Resolution standing on the Paper in my name. It is not an unreasonable Motion. The Session is getting on, and there are House of Lords Bills which have to be considered in another place before they receive the Royal Assent.

Moved, That Standing Order No. 143 be considered in order to its being dispensed with in respect of the said Bills, and that the Bills be now read 3a.—:(The Earl of Donoughmore).
