My Lords, I beg to move the suspension of Standing Order No. 143 in respect of this Bill and that the Bill be read a third time.

Moved, That Standing Order No. 143 be considered in order to its being dispensed with in respect of the London Electric Railway Bill, and that the Bill be now read 3a.—(The Earl of Donoughmore.)
