§ THE SECRETARY FOR SCOTLAND (VISCOUNT NOVAR)My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to provide for the appointment of a Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Scotland and the discontinuance of the office of Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Health, and to make further provision with regard to the constitution of the Scottish Board of Health and the office of chairman of the Fishery Board for Scotland and other offices in Scotland, and with regard to the public registers, records and rolls of Scotland; and to move that it be read a first time.
