Clause 1, page 1, line 14, after the first ("that") insert ("in the case of")

Clause 1, page 1, line 15, after ("section") insert ("or under section seventeen of the said Act")

Clause 1, page 1, line 17, leave out from ("pounds") to the end of line 20, and insert: ("(a) the order shall not come into force until it has been laid before each House of Parliament for a period of not less than twenty-one days during which the House is sitting, and if either of those Houses before the expiration of those twenty-one days presents an Address to His Majesty against the order, or any part thereof, no further proceedings shall be taken thereon without prejudice to the making of any new order; and (b) subsection (3) of section twenty-nine of the Ministry of Transport Act, 1919, shall not apply.")
