Order of the Day for the Second Reading read.

My Lords, this is an annual Bill, which comes up at this period of the year, to continue for a further term certain Acts of a temporary character. This year it happens to be almost entirely in the same form as last year. I beg to move that the Bill be read a second time.

Moved, That the Bill be now read 2a.—(Lord Hylton.)

On Question, Bill read 2a, and committed to a Committee of the Whole House.
