My Lords, I beg to move the Resolution of which Notice has been given. I do not think that any further explanation of this Bill is required by your Lordships. If, however, any of your Lordships desire any information upon it I shall be glad to give it. It is a very simple measure.

Moved, That the Order made on the 26th day of April last, "That no Provisional Order Confirmation Bill brought from the House of Commons shall be read a second time after Thursday the 14th day of June next," be dispensed with, and that the Bill be now read 2a.—(Lord Somerleyton.)
