My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Earl of Clarendon I beg to move the Motions standing in his name with reference to special orders under the Gas Regulation Act, 1920.

Moved, That the Draft Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Mayor, aldermen, and burgesses of the borough of Burton-upon-Trent, which was presented on the 5th July, and published, be approved.—(The Marquess of Salisbury.)

Moved, That the Draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Milton Regis Urban District Council, which was presented on the 26th June, and published, be approved.—(The Marquess of Salisbury.)
