§ THE MARQUESS OF SALISBURYPerhaps your Lordships will allow me to take this opportunity of informing the House that it is definitely arranged now that there will be a statement upon the Ruhr at the beginning of business to morrow. I have to apologise to the House that the Finance Bill appears upon the Paper to-day. By an arrangement which was made that Bill had been postponed until Monday. I think that nothing is ever the fault of the officers of the House and the appearance of the Bill on the Paper to-day must have been due to a mistake on the part of one of us, but it ought not to appear on the Paper to-day. It will be taken on Monday.
