I apologise to your Lordships for the fact that, for a reason for which I expect I am to blame, one name was omitted from the printed list of the proposed Committee, that of the noble Earl, Lord Strafford. I think, as a matter of fact, this is the second time that Lord. Strafford's name has been omitted, and I can only express the hope that on a third occasion, next session, I may be more lucky.
