THE EARL OF CRAWFORDMy Lords, the Mandate cannot be confirmed, I understand, for some time to come, and the Government would invite Lord Islington, therefore, to select a day soon after the Whitsuntide recess on which he should put down a Motion and raise a discussion on the subject.
