My Lords, I beg to make the three Motions standing in my name with reference to Special Orders made under the Electricity (Supply) Acts 1882 to 1919.

Moved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1919, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the parishes of Rogerstone, Machen Lower Graig, Rumney, Saint Mellons, Peterstone Wentloog, Saint Brides, Malpas, Saint Woollos, Duffryn, Michaelstone-y-Vedw, Henllys, Mushfield and Coed Kernew, in the rural district of Saint Mellons, in the County of Monmouth, which was presented on the 20th day of March, 1922 (H.C. 56), be approved.—(The Earl of Crawford.)
