Order of the Day for the House to be put into Committee read.

THE EARL OF ANCASTER had given Notice, on the Motion, That the House do now resolve itself into Committee, to move, That the Order of Thursday last, committing the Bill to a Committee of the Whole House this day be discharged, and that the Bill be referred to the Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills.

The noble Earl said: My Lords, the Motion I have to make is that the House do now resolve itself into Committee. After what has passed it reference to sending the Bill to the Consolidation Bill Committee I do not think it is necessary for me to make any further remarks on the subject. I shall afterwards move the Amendment which is on the Order Paper.
