Clause 5:

Christopher Nason Crofts not to marry adulterer.

5. The bond of matrimony between the said Violet Emily Crofts and Christopher Nason Crofts having been violated and broken by the adultery of the said Christopher Nason Crofts with the said Julia Taylor it shall not be lawful for the said Christopher Nason Crofts at any time hereafter to contract matrimony or intermarry with the said Julia Taylor.
