§ Moved, That the House do now adjourn.—(The Earl of Crawford.)
§ LORD GAINFORDOn that Motion, may I ask the noble Earl whether any arrangement has been made in regard to postponing the Electricity (Supply) Bill which was introduced by the Government a few days ago, and was, I think, put in the Paper for Tuesday next?
THE EARL OF CRAWFORDThat Bill will not be taken on Tuesday next. I am not quite sure of the day for which my noble friend has put it down, but probably Tuesday week.
§ LORD GAINFORDWe may anticipate, then, that the Committee stage will not be taken before Tuesday week?
§ On Question, Motion agreed to.
§ House adjourned at a quarter past eight o'clock.
