THE EARL OF ONSLOWMy Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to postpone for a further period the operation of the Milk and Dairies (Consolidation) Act, 1915, and the Milk and Dairies (Scotland) Act, 1914, to make further provision with regard to the sale of milk, and for the purposes connected therewith, and to move that it be read a first time.
