My Lords, I beg to move that the Amendments made in the Consolidation Committee be agreed to. I should like to add my thanks to those of the noble Earl, Lord Ancaster, for the industrious and efficient way in which Lord Muir Mackenzie's Committee has dealt with this Bill.
