My Lords, there are five Resolutions on the Paper to confirm Special Orders of the Board of Trade under the Gas Regulation Act, 1920. Three of these are unopposed, and those that have been opposed have been amended and satisfactory terms have been arrived at. I beg to move, and to ask that, with your Lordships' permission, they be taken en bloc.

Moved, That the Draft Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Atherton Urban District Council, which was presented on the 20th July, and published, be approved.—(Lord Somerleyton.)

Moved, That the Draft Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Mayor, aldermen and burgesses of the Borough of Eye, which was presented on the 12th July, and published, be approved.—(Lord Somerleyton.)

Moved, That the Draft Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Kidsgrove Gas Light Company, which was presented on the 18th July, and published, be approved.—(Lord Somerleyton.)

Moved, That the Draft Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Truro Gas Company, which was presented on the 18th July, and published, be approved.—(Lord Somerleyton.)
