My Lords, I beg to make the Motion of which Notice has been given in order to give precedence to the Unemployment Insurance (No. 2) Bill to-day. The Motion is designed to enable this Bill to be taken at once, and to proceed through its ultimate stages.

Moved, That Standing Order No. XXI be suspended for this day's sitting, and that the Motion for the Third Reading of the Unemployment Insurance (No. 2) Bill have precedence over the other Notices and Orders of the Day.—(The Earl of Crawford.)
