I beg to move that this House do now adjourn, and in doing so I beg to give notice that to-morrow a Motion will be submitted to your Lordships that the Standing Orders be considered with a view to their suspension, in respect of the Consolidated Fund Bill, which it is desired to pass at the earliest possible moment.
