§ THE MARQUESS CURZON OF KEDLESTONMy Lords, the actual text of the Treaty itself, as signed at Kabul, was in Persian, but a translation has been pre- 233 pared and will be laid shortly as a Treaty Series Paper. Meanwhile, I will make arrangements for two copies to be placed in the Library for the convenience of the noble Lord or of any others who wish to see it.
