§ THE EARL OF ANCASTERMy Lords. I beg to make the Motion which stands in my name relating to a Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners in respect of the Burgh of Dumfries and the Burgh of Maxwelltown.
§ Moved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the Burgh of Dumfries in the County of Dumfries, and the Burgh of Maxwelltown in the Stewartry or County of Kirkcudbright, which was presented on the 12th day of December, 1922, be approved.—(The Earl of Ancaster.)
