Message from the Commons: That they agree to the Amendment made, by the Lords to the Commons Amendment to the Allotments Bill, and to the Amendment made by the Lords in lieu of the Commons Amendment to which the Lords have disagreed without amendment. The Commons do not insist upon the Amendment to which the Lords have disagreed, but propose an Amendment in lieu thereof.
