Clause 19, page 13, line 28, after ("gardens") insert ("and with the consent of the Minister such further land in the forest not exceeding sixty acres, as may he agreed between the Commissioners of Woods and the verderers of the forest")

Clause 20, page 14, line 31, after ("agricultural") insert ("or sport")

Clause 20, page 15, line 3, at end insert: ("(2) For the purposes of this Act references to population shall be construed as references to population according to the published returns of the last census for the time being. (3) Compensation recoverable by a tenant under this Act for crops or other things shall be based on the value thereof to an incoming tenant.")

Clause 20, page 15, line 14, at end insert: ("(5) The powers conferred by this Act on a council of a borough, may, in London, be exercised ' by the London County Council").

In the Schedule, page 16, after line 4 insert:

Line 15, column 3, leave out ("subsection (3) of section forty-seven") and insert ("in section thirty the proviso to subsection (2).")
