I think it will be for the convenience of the House if we take the various Amendments en bloc down to Clause 2, line 39, because I understand there is very little difference of opinion up to that point.

I wish to raise two points, one regarding the second Amendment on page 2 of the Amendment Paper, and the other regarding the Amendment to Clause 8.
