My Lords, I beg to move that this Bill be referred to the Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills. Some weeks ago when the Bill was before your Lordships for the Second Reading, I undertook that it should be referred to the Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills. That Committee has now been appointed and I am able to move this Motion.
