HL Deb 11 April 1922 vol 50 cc196-7

Order of the Day for the House to be put into Committee read.

Moved, That the House do now resolve itself into Committee.—(Lord Muir Mackenzie.)

LORD ASKWITH

My Lords, I propose on the Third Reading of this Bill to move an Amendment to bring it into the position in which it was when the noble and learned Lord originally introduced it. He made an appeal the other night in the sense that he thought it would be a great improvement if this Bill was restored more or less to its previous condition.

On Question, Motion agreed to.

House in Committee accordingly.

[The EARL of DONOUORMORE in the Chair.]

Bill reported without Amendment.
