HL Deb 11 April 1922 vol 50 cc210-1
LORD SOMERLEYTON

My Lords, it will be within your Lordships' recollection that I explained the other day the reasons for a number of special Orders, under the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, which are all alike. To-day, I beg to move that five such Orders be approved, and if your Lordships desire any further explanation I shall be glad to give it.

Moved, That the Draft Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of the Borough of Caine, which was presented on the 6th April, be approved.—(Lord Somerleyton.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
