My Lords, Lord Muir Mackenzie has given Notice, in the event of a Message being received from the Commons concurring in their Lordships' message of Thursday last to move, "That a Committee of Five Lords he appointed to join with a Committee of the House of Commons to consider all Consolidation Bills in the present Session."
