§ Moved to resolve, "That the Ecclesiastical Committee, being a Committee constituted under the provisions of the Church of England Assembly (Powers) Act, 1919, be requested to communicate to the House the Proceedings of the Committee in reference to the Parochial Church Councils (Powers) Measure, 1921, and that the said Proceedings be printed." —(Lord Muir Mackenzie.)
