THE EARL OF CRAWFORDMy Lords, I am sorry to say that my noble friend, the Leader of the House, in consequence of the continuance of the Allies' Conference, is unable to be here to-day, and I must therefore invite Lord Newton to consent to the postponement of this Bill, in which he is so much interested. I suggest it should be put down for Thursday next.
§ LORD NEWTONDo I understand that it will be taken this week?
