Report from the Committee of Selection, That the following Lords be proposed to the House to form the Committee to join with the Committee of the House of Commons on the said Bills; (viz.),
- L. Monson,
- L. Oriel (V.Massereene)
- L. Kintore (E. Kintore),
- L. Farrer;
agreed to; and the said Lords appointed accordingly: Ordered, That such Committee have power to agree with the Committee of the House of Commons in the appointment of a Chairman and all Petitions referred to the Joint Committee, with leave to the Petitioners praying to be heard by Counsel against the Bills to be heard as desired, as also Counsel for the Bills: Then a Message was ordered to he sent to the House of Commons to propose that the Joint Committee do meet in Committee Room No. 4, on Thursday the 9th of June next, at Twelve o'clock.
