THE PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY OF THE -MINISTRY OF HEALTH (THE EARL OF ONSLOW)My Lords, in moving that these Bills be read a second time, may I say that the Marriages Provisional Order Bill is quite formal in character. It 882 is introduced to confirm a Provisional Order to set right any doubts there may be in regard to the validity of certain marriages conducted in two churches in Leeds. I beg to move.
