THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF DONOUGHMORE)My Lords, I beg to move the Motion standing in my name, to dispense with Standing Order No. 80. This is a Standing Order under which your Lordships, at the beginning of each session, appoint a Standing Orders Committee. It will be unnecessary to do that this session, and therefore I move that it be dispensed with.
