§ LORD STANMORE had on the Paper a Notice, in accordance with the provisions of Section 8, subsection (3) of the Scottish Board of Health Act, 1919, to move to resolve, That this House approves the Scottish Board of Health (Factories and Workshops Transfer of Powers) Order, 1921 presented the 21st day of June, 1921.
§ The noble Lord said: A precisely similar Order to this has already been made for England, and the object of this Resolution is to make an Order for Scotland. I beg to move.
