§ Report from the Committee of Selection, that the Earl of Wemyss be proposed to the House as a member of the Select Committee on the said Bill for the consideration of the Neath Extension Order in the place of the Duke of Wellington and that the Earl of Wemyss be Chairman of the said Committee, read, and agreed to.
