THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF DONOUGHMORE)

My Lords, I beg to move the Motion which stands in my name, namely, "That a Committee of four Lords be appointed to join with a Committee of the House of Commons to consider the said Bills, as mentioned in the said Message, and that the said Committee be named by the Committee of Selection."
