My Lords, on behalf of the noble Earl the Leader of the House (Earl Curzon of Kedleston) I beg to make the Motion standing in his name.

Moved, That this House do concur in the Resolution communicated by the Commons, "That it is expedient that a Select Committee of Seven Members be appointed to join with a Committee to be appointed by the Lords to revise the Draft Rules made under the Government of India Act."—(Lord Hylton.)
