My Lords, in making the Motion which stands in my name on the Paper I would inform the House that there is a third Bill—the Sexual Offences Bill—to be referred to this Committee. We await a Message from another place with regard to it.

§ Moved, That a Committee of five Lords be appointed to join with a Committee of the House of Commons to consider the said Bills; that the following Lords be named of such Committee—

E. Pembroke,
E. Onslow,
E. Beauchamp,
L. Wemyss (Wemyss),
L. Muir Mackenzie;

and that such Committee have power to agree with the Committee of the House of Commons in the appointment of a Chairman.—(The Earl of Onslow.)
