Variation of Trusts of Marriage Settlements of Richard Auchmuty Shekleton and Katherine Jessie Shekleton.
7. The Trustees or Trustee for the time being of the two Indentures of Settlement dated respectively the twelfth day of December One thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight being the Settlements made in contemplation of the marriage of the said Richard Auchmuty Shekleton and Katherine Jessie Shekleton shall henceforth pay and apply the trust funds brought into settlement on behalf of the said Richard Auchmuty Shekleton and the stocks funds and securities representing the same and the dividends interests and annual income thereof upon such and the same trusts as would have been applicable in respect thereof in ease the said Katherine Jessie Shekleton were dead and had died in the lifetime of the said Richard Auchmuty Shekleton and the said Trustees or Trustee shall henceforth during the life of the said Katherine Jessie Shekleton pay and apply the dividends and interest and annual income of the trust funds and premises brought or hereafter to be brought into settlement by or on behalf of the said Katherine Jessie Shekleton and the stocks funds and securities representing the same to or for the use of the said Katherine Jessie Shekleton and from and after her death to pay and apply the said last-mentioned trust funds and the stocks funds and securities representing the same and the dividends interest and annual income thereof upon such and the same trusts as would have been applicable in respect thereof in case the said Richard Auchmuty Shekleton were dead and had died in the lifetime of the said Katherine Jessie Shekleton and all powers of appointment reserved to the said Katherine Jessie Shekleton under the trusts and provisions of the said Settlements in respect of all the trust funds and premises comprised therein and whether to be exercised by her alone or jointly with the said Richard Auchmuty Shekleton shall henceforth cease and determine.
