HL Deb 16 December 1920 vol 39 c392
LORD GAINFORD

My Lords, I rise to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the Report prepared by the Secretary-General of the League of Nations on the work of the Council of the League and recently presented to and published by the Assembly of the League at Geneva, may be printed and published as a Parliamentary White Paper and presented to both Houses of Parliament, and to ask whether he is aware that at a recent well attended meeting of the Parliamentary Committee of the League of Nations Union a resolution was unanimously passed regretting that the above Report had not been laid.

LORD STANMORE

In reply to the noble Lord I have to state that His Majesty's Government has agreed to lay this Report as a Parliamentary Paper, and it will be shortly laid.
