§ Commons Amendment considered (according to Order).
THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF DONOUGHMORE)My Lords, I move that the Commons Amendment be agreed to. It is consequential on an Amendment made here by your Lordships. I notice that the Amendment when discussed in the House of Commons was left to a free vote—the Government Whips were not put on—and that being so, I do not hesitate to ask your Lordships to agree to it.
§ Moved, That this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.—(The Earl of Donoughmore.)
§ On Question, Motion agreed to.
