HL Deb 10 August 1920 vol 41 cc1187-8
THE EARL OF CRAWFORD

My Lords, we propose that the Third Reading of the Ministry of Mines Bill shall be taken early to-morrow afternoon.

THE MARQUESS OF SALISBURY

At what time?

THE EARL OF CRAWFORD

The House will meet at a quarter past three. I cannot say that the Bill will be taken then. There are short Amendments from the Commons dealing with several Bills, and it is possible that there will be a statement about Poland—I do not know whether Lord Treowen is likely to raise that matter early. But we hope to take the Mines Bill as soon as possible in order that the House of Commons may consider the Amendments made by your Lordships. House adjourned at half past seven o'clock, till to-morrow, a quarter past three o'clock.
