This saves the Motions standing in the names of the Duke of Sutherland and the Duke of Northumberland lower down on the Notice Paper. I take this opportunity also of informing your Lordships that on Monday next the Leader of the House will move that on the following Wednesday Government Bills shall have precedence over Notices of Motion.
